Dear Mr. Aubrey:
This letter is to inform you that we have received the additional storm sewer information, which you submitted on
behalf of The Boys and Girls Club. This information has been reviewed and found to satisfy the second condition
of your previous conditional approval. Therefore, you may consider the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control
Plan approved without conditions. The following note regarding future building expansion requiring runoff
control remains.
1. Future building expansion that causes the total building area onsite to exceed 35,190 ft' (50% increase
over current building area of23,460 ft') will require runoff flow control for the area exceeding 35,190 ft'.

Dear Mr. Dosogne:
On March 22,2006 the Board of Appeals approved your request to permit the placement ofplayground
equipment and a dumpster enclosure within the required setbacks, to construct a 6 foot fence within the
front yard setback and to construct a 10 foot fence in the rear yard setback with the following conditions:
1.
The design of the dumpster enclosure be reviewed and approved by staff and that vegetation be
placed between the enclosure and the neighboring lots.
2.
A backstop is installed at home plate of the ball field.
The decision of the Board was filed in the Planning Services Division Office of the Department of
Co1lll1lunity Development on March 23, 2006. Per Section 30-6(C)(3) and (4) of the City of Oshkosh
Zoning Ordinance,' your variance will expire on September 22, 2006 unless you have started
construction for the activity allowed by the variance. If you fail to begin construction by tins date, you
must reapply for a variance if you intend to go ahead with the activity allowed by the variance.
Please be advised that any person or persons aggrieved by any decision of the Board of Appeals may
commence action in Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision. Permits may
be issued on approval of the Board, but y~u should be aware that further action could take place
until as much as 30 days after the date of the decision. "
Building pennits may be applied for from tl1e Inspection Services Division in Room. 205 at the Oshkosh
City Hall between 7:30 - 8:30 AM and 12:30 -1:30 PM, Monday thru Friday, or call (920) 236-5050 for
an appointment. Please bring all required building plans and infonnation necessary for review when
obtaining your building pennit.
