My name is Andrew Prickett; I am the City of Oshkosh's new Housing Inspector. I am currently
updating the existing property maintenance files and I came across your property located at
717 Division St. in Oshkosh. There are a few violations, which still exist on the premises. The
gable end of the garage is covered with OSB, which is not approved for exterior use. At the
very least it should be primed and painted with an exterior grade primer and paint. On the
, house, any areas where the paint is chipping or peeling need to be repaired by painting or
covering with a weatherproof material. All the junk/debris in the yard needs to be cleaned up.
Also, the extension cords that are run out the window must be removed as they pose an
electrical hazard. I have enclosed a new Correction Notice as well as some new pictures.
