Item # 4 Code COMM21.16 Compliance No Compliance Date 06/29/2006 Description While reviewing your permit it is noted that a minimum of 48" of frost protection is required for the porch. At the inspection the porch posts ~ere sitting on the edge of an existing slab. The posts are required to be located on a footing no less than 48" below grade to avoid 05/30/2006 movement and racking of the porch.
