eyesore and/or hazard. This Includes the proper storage & removal of garbage & debris. Garbage shall be properly stored behind and
~djacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Please remove all junk/debris and properly store garbage
receptacles.

By policy, if repeat or similar violations of this nature are found on this property or üìhers you may own a waming will not be
issued and the City at its option will take measures to correct and bill you for the costs and/or issue citations for
non-compliance. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders by the Compliance
Date. Please contact the issuing inspector prior to this date.
