reminded that HV AC plans, calculations, and appropriate fees are required to be submitted to this office for
review and approval prior to installation. The submitted HV AC plans shall match the approved building plans.

mc 2304,9.5 Fasteners for preservative treated wood shall be of hot-dipped zinc coated galvanized steel,
stainless steel, silicon bronze, or copper.
mc 1405.10 Provide metal veneers made of corrosion resistant material, and attached per the requirements of
this code section. Minimum thickness for approved corrosion resistant steel panels is 0.0149 in.
A copy of the approved plans, specifications and this letter shall be on-site during construction and open to
inspection by authorized representatives of the Department, which may include local inspectors. All pennits
required by the state or the local municipality shall be obtained prior to commencement of
construction/installation/operation. If this construction project will disturb one or more acres ofland, an Erosion

Comm 61.31(4) Revisions to approved plans. All proposed revisions and modifications which involve
rules under this code and which are made to construction documents that have previously been granted
approval by the department or its authorized representative, shall be submitted to the office that granted the
approval. All revisions and modifications to plans shall be approved in writing by the department or its
authorized representative prior to the work involved in the revision or modification being carried out. A
revision or modification to a plan, drawing or specification shall be signed and sealed in accordance with
Comm 61.31(1). (Plans have been approved with walls being extended to the underside of roof deck as
noted on plans - No mezzanine or storage above the work room,)

and Wisconsin Statutes. The submittal has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED. The owner, as defined in
chapter 101.01(10), Wisconsin Statutes, is responsible for compliance with all code requirements.

as reqlrired by Comm 65.0400.
IFCC305,3/IMC 304.4 Provide suspended heating appliances for public garages, service stations, repair
garages or other motor vehicle areas at least 8 feet above the floor, or a minimum of 2 ft higher above the floor
than the height of the tallest vehicle based on door opening height, whichever is greater, or provide protection
from motor vehicle impact.
IFCC 503,6,6 Provide type B vents such that they tenninate not less than 2 feet above the highest point of the
roof penetration and not less than 2 ft higher than any portion of the building within 10 feet, unless an
exception in IFGC 503.6.6 is met, or the equipment listing is more or less stringent per IFGC 102.8,
IMC 920 Provide unit heaters with non-combustible hangers and brackets. Ductwork may not be attached
unless listed for such installation.
A copy of the approved plans, specifications and this letter shall be on-site during construction and open to
inspection by authorized representatives of the Department, which may include local inspectors. All pennits
required by the state or the local municipality shall be obtained prior to commencement of
construction!installation! operation.
In granting this approval the Division of Safety & Buildings reserves the right to require changes or additions
shoujd conditions arise making them necessary for code compliance. As per state stats 101.12(2), nothing in this
review shall relieve the desiguer of the responsibility for desiguing a safe building, structure, or component.
