HomeMy WebLinkAboutLetter-Violation Notice of 3/21/2000 ~ OfHKOfH ON THE WATER June 21, 2000 Dennis P Panich 1910 E Murdock Ave Oshkosh WI 54901 Dear Mr Panich, My last inspection on June 13, 2000 revealed little has been done to correct violations issued March 21,2000. A Final Notice was issued which indicated the new steps to the southeast had not been built to code and would have to be replaced a second time (Untreated lumber & Handrail widths). These same violations of the Minimum Housing Codes were noted on other properties you own or owned. Citations would have ordinarily been issued to you for continued violations of the same nature. Apparently we expected good cooperation from you after the Tri-Agency case and no citations were issued. It now appears from the number of violations, which attempts were made to repair, do not meet with approval from this office. Therefore if a concerted effort is not made to correct the violations noted March 21, 2000, citations will be issued for each uncorrected code ViOl1atiO July 3, 2000. . rely, ~ e uedtRe Housing Inspector CC: Robert Zaspe1 Consumer Protection John Daniels District Attorney ~ OfHKOfH ON THE WATER June 21,2000 Dennis P Panich 1910 E Murdock Ave Oshkosh WI 54901 Dear Mr Panich, My last inspection on June 13, 2000 revealed little has been done to correct violations issued March 21, 2000.
