Dear Mr Panich,
My last inspection on June 13, 2000 revealed little has been done to correct
violations issued March 21,2000. A Final Notice was issued which indicated the
new steps to the southeast had not been built to code and would have to be replaced
a second time (Untreated lumber & Handrail widths).
These same violations of the Minimum Housing Codes were noted on other
properties you own or owned. Citations would have ordinarily been issued to you
for continued violations of the same nature. Apparently we expected good
cooperation from you after the Tri-Agency case and no citations were issued.
It now appears from the number of violations, which attempts were made to repair,
do not meet with approval from this office.
Therefore if a concerted effort is not made to correct the violations noted March 21,
2000, citations will be issued for each uncorrected code ViOl1atiO July 3, 2000.
