As this relates to your rooming house located at 512 520 Algoma Blvd. the new license fee will be $100.00 plus $15.00 per bedroom (please see enclosed copy of the fee schedule). This means that for your 11-bedroom rooming house the renewal fee will be $265.00. In order to renew the license. please fill out the application form enclosed with this letter and retum it to this office within 15 days. The fee for renewal is ..z¡,5~ per year. Make your check or money order payable to the City of Oshkosh. A reinspection must be conducted 30 to 60 days prior to expiration of Rooming House License. If code violations are found during this inspection, owner must make corrections and have reinspection conducted to verify corrections within the 30 days preceding expi"'tion of Rooming House License. The Oshkosh Municipal Code 15-40 (C), states that no person may operate a rooming house unless he/she holds a current license or a tempo",ry use permit issued by the Housing Inspector in his/her name for the specific rooming house. Penalties for ope",ting a rooming house without a current license are listed in Section 16-46.
