Can you tell me if and when the owner of 2800 N Main was billed for the work that Scooter's crew did at this building back
in May? And if he was billed, has the bill been paid?
This will give some indication if owner appears to be cooperating in resolving the blighted conditions at this property.

I spoke to the owner this afternoon (Dale Becker) and he agreed to pay the costs incurred as he did not have the
equipmenUresources to address this hazard before the projected wind storm hits us tonight or early tomorrow.
