The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass. weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches In height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not flchieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs Incurred plus an administative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for faiiure to comply.
