We are looking to revise this approved plan. Specifically, we want to change a I-hour rated wall to be a non-rated wall. The newly built wall separates two tenant spaces. However the building is not a "covered mall" as defined by code. Also, the entire building is within the area limitations set by code. Therefore the wall does not need to be rated.
