PURPOSE:AMEND REGULATIONS / SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL (REVISED)

A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH REPEALING AND
RECREATING CHAPTER 23 PERTAINING TO SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.That Chapter 23, Solid Waste Disposal of the Oshkosh Municipal
Code is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows:
See attached Exhibit A.
SECTION 2.This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication except for the provisions related to election of collection by the
city in the unnumbered paragraphs in section 23-7 which shall be effective as specified in
parenthesis within the text of the ordinance.
