Introduction
A re-inspection following another complaint revealed that you are still in violation. Per our conversation 4/7/06, the violations
were to be corrcted and a re-inspection scheduled by 4/21/06. There has been no change and the animal feces problem has
only gotten worse. If the violations are not corrected and a re-inspection passed by 5/10/06, then I will have no other option
but to issue you five (5) day citations for each violation in the amount of $1,087.50. No more extensions will be given.
