and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/31/2006
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule

Sorry for the delay. I was on vacation. The deck we can remove. We cannot remove the car if it was not there at
the time we got the judgment. The garage is in a grey area. We got a judgment to raise the property under
66.0413 and we got a judgment to abate a nuisance under chapter 823. As long as the garage was in its current
condition when we got the judgment we could make repairs to it in order to abate the nuisance. Give me a call if
you want to discuss this further.

After the demolition we sent a Correction Notice to address the following:

- Remove the deck that was left in the rear yard. (Looks like she is trying to salvage it for some reason and
left it laying in the rear yard.
- The garage has missing siding.
- There is an unlicensed vehicle and used tires in the driveway/yard.
She has not responded to the notice we sent. I suspect the only thing you could help with is the deck, the
others would not appear to be relative to the case you worked on (is this a correct assessment?)
Pending your answer, we will proceed with Citation issuance for failure to comply.
