RE: Correction Notice

My name is Todd Miller and I am the owner of Hanzak
Properties loLL, owning the rental unit at 815
Woodland Av, Oshkosh, WI. I received this violation
and correction notice from your office. I tried to
contact you 3 times on Friday, May 5, 2006, but you
did not return my calls.
I have talked to my tenants, and this vehicle does
not belong to them. All my tenants receive a parking
pass and it is to be displayed on their front dash
board. All tenants have a letter from me authorizing
the towing of illegally parked vehicles on the property.
A copy of the letter is on file with the Oshkosh Police
Department.
I have been informed the the person responsible for
this vehicle in question goes to 811 Woodland Ave.
apartments.
I am requesting that your office immediately issue a
citation to the owner of Lie. # 920-FVA for the illegal
and unauthorized parking violation. The person
responsible is causing damage to my property and I

would like it to stop.
I have now received a violation report which I do not
believe should be in my file. I can only control and
direct my tenants on proper parking. I take great
pride in my property, and working with the City, to
have corrected parking problems on my property, since
my ownership. I have no control over neighboring
tenants, and this blatant violation should have been
cited immediately.
