PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Found to be consistent with Section 30-11 (D)
and approved w/conditions
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that a
conditional use permit is hereby granted under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning
Ordinance for a drive-through coffee shop J kiosk within the parking lot at 1571 W.
South Park Avenue, per the attached, with the following conditions:
1)/ Business J site is developed, maintained and operated per the submitted site
~~ .
2)/ Architectural design of the structure is complimentary and consistent with the
primary structure on-site with the final design to be reviewed and approved by
the Department of Community Development.
3)./ Drive-through service is limited to the northern side of the coffee shop J kiosk.
4)./ Pavement to be removed within the setback on the southwestern corner of the
property and along the southern property line and replaced with landscaped open
space.
5)~nternal traffic circulation arrows be painted on the parking lot surface.
6) Eastern most row of parking adjacent to the primary structure on the lot be
angled.
