Section 30-11 (0) of the Zoning Ordinance and approved w/conditions as noted
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that conditional
use permits are hereby granted for the following properties under Section 30-11 of the
Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and that said permits are granted with conditions, if any, . as
noted for each respective property, and the Planned District Overlay and final development
plans, per the attached exhibits, are hereby approved.

Building elevations and construction materials to be similar to submitted documents
with final approval by the Department of Community Development.
Detention basin design and landscaping to be approved by the Department of

IMPORTANT: Read carefully before installing fixture. Retain for future reference.
General: Upon receipt of TIxture thoroughly inspect for any Safety: This fixture must be wired in accordance with
freight damage, which should be brought to the attention of the national electrical code and applicable local codes
the delivery carrier, Compare the catalog description listed and ordinance. Proper grounding is required to insure
on the packing slip with the TIxture label on the housing to personal safety. Carefully observe grounding procedure
assure you have received the correct merchandise. under installation section. All work should be done by a
qualified electrician.
A. WARNING: Risk ofE/ectric Shock, Disconnect power at fuse or circuit breaker before insta/iing
or servicing.
ARM & FIXTURE INSTALLATION
Bishop Arm (VA6005-VA6008, VA6054-VA6057, VA61 05-VA61 08
& VA6154-VA6157)

1. Secure arm onto pole and orient.
2. Tighten the six set screws located near bottom of arm to
160 in/lbs. to secure arm.
3. Loosen the three arm cap set screws and remove arm cap.
4, Pull fixture leads through arm to arm cap location.
5, Raise fixture to arm aligning locating pin and socket.
See Figure 2.
6, Insert and tighten 4 fixture screws with Teflon washers, provided
in polybag, to 80 in/lbs.
7, Connect fixture leads to service ieads.
8, Resecure arm cap with arm cap set screws tightened to
60 in/lbs.
Traditional Arm (VA6009-VA6021 VA6058-VA6070,
VA6109-VA6121 & VA6158-VA6170)

FIXTURE MAINTENANCE
A. Relamping
Horizontallv lam oed
1. Loosen two door screws.
2. Lower door to tethered resting position. See Figure 4.
3, Install suitable lamp. Consult re-Iamp label and lamp
instructions for details. Do not overtighten.
4. Raise door and secure with screws.
Vertically lamoed
1, Loosen and remove ring retaining screws globe retaining
ring and globe. Components are not tethered.
See Figure 5.
2, Install suitable lamp. Consult re-iamp label and lamp
instructions for detaiis,)Do not overtighten.
3, Reinstall ring retaining screws securing globe retaining ring
and globe. In the case of type 3 refractive glass globe, use
the mark on globe bottom for orientation.
B. Starter and Fuse Replacement (Where applicable)
Horizontallv lamoed
1, Loosen two door screws.
2, Lower door to tethered resting position, See Figure 4.
3, Loosen thumbscrew untli rectangular washer can be rotated
90 degrees. See Figure 6.
4, Rotate refiector facepiate to release from screws using key
hole slots.
5. Unplug optic quick-disconnect.
6, Remove two screws on ballast cover followed by ballast
cover. See Figure 7.
7, For starter replacement, remove the plug-In starter from
receptacle and replace.
For fuse replacement, unscrew fuse holder cap and replace
fuse. Resecure fuse holder cap.
8. Resecure the ballast cover with the two screws.
9, Plug optic quick-disconnect and secure reflector by keyhole
slots and thumbscrew.
10, Raise door and secure with screws,

Decorative poie bases are manufactured of 356.2 cooper free cast
aluminum. 8ases maintain a minimal wall thickness of .250 inches.
Extruded smooth or fluted shafts are manufactured of 6063 aiuminum
and are drcumferentialiy welded to the base. Anchor bolt locations are
cast within the base. Anchor bolts are hot dip gaivanized steel.
Poles are finished in a premium TGIC polyester Powder coat for
superior weatherability characteristics.
