Bruce,
Repairs to 819 Vine:
1. Trash will be picked up today. Apparently our guy went there and the tenants told him that they got a
permit from the City to pick up the large trash items, but he is confused with 813 Vine.
2. The aluminum and ladders are ours as we have been working the last month or so on wrapping windows in
preparation for siding the year. We started this, obviously prior to your fist notice.
3. Holes in ceiling and bath walls will be started repaired tomorrow, but of course, will need a few days to
complete.
4. What is wrong with front door - If I remember correctly it is solid core, I cannot tell by picture, we will look
at tomorrow.
5. Rear en!. Door to be measured and ordered ASAP This we obviously damaged by tenants.
6. Next Tuesday, 5/31, we will fill in door off second level bedroom. The exterior will be Tyvaked until house is
sided.
7. Scott Bartelt of Bartelt plumbing will check over toilets tomorrow.
8. Windows will be repaired either tomorrow, depending on time or finished next week. Looks like at least one
to be replaced, it will be ordered ASAP.
9. Screen to be fixed tomorrow, depending on time or finished next week.
10. Royal Electric to look at and repair electrical issues next week.
11. Dryer vent in basement to be repaired tomorrow. Basement will be cleaned out also.
12. Smoke detectors will be check over also.
I believe that only leaves the roof patch and vinyl bathroom floor to be schedule. We will do so after other work is
completed. I sure the roof will be done next week after the door area is filled in.
Of course I will let you know when items are complete, just wanted you to know we are on top of everything.
Oby Construction, LLC. has been previously hired to side 819 and 1008 Cherry, should be starting soon on 1008.,
