Dear Mr. Prickett,
In regards to the Correction Notice for 822 Cherry St:
1. The window was repaired last Tuesday as we were informed by the tenant, late
Friday (213), that someone had thrown an object at the window and broken it.
2. As to the front porch, if my reading of Comm 21.04 is correct, per 21.O4(3)(a)2

1. We have repaired the screen in the door that was ripped out by the tenant.
2. We will be adding aluminum soffit, facia, and repair the gutters based on weather
and contractor availability. We will need an extension beyond March 5, quite
possibly to June 1.
In regards to the Correction Notice for 1014 Cherry St.:
1. We will be painting or siding this property this spring/early summer when the
weather is more appropriate. We will need an extension from 4/1 to 7/1.
Please let me know if you have any concerns with these date extensions.
