PURPOSE:TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
INITIATED BY:TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS 27-7(A-
6), (A-9) AND (A-10) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO FOUR
WAY STOP SIGNS, ONE WAY STREETS AND YIELD SIGNS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-7 (A-6) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to four way stop intersection designated is hereby amended as follows:
A-6 FOUR WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS DESIGNATED

Delete Therefrom:8 Avenue and Nebraska Street
SECTION 2. That Section 27-7 (A-9) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to one way streets is hereby amended as follows:
A-9ONE WAY STREETS, AVENUES AND BOULEVARDS
Delete Therefrom:Mt. Vernon Street from Washington Avenue to
Harrison Street for northbound traffic.
Add Thereto:Mt. Vernon Street from Washington Avenue to Custer
Avenue for northbound traffic.
SECTION 3. That Section 27-7(A-10) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to yield signs is hereby amended as follows:
A-10YIELD RIGHT OF WAY INTERSECTIONS DESIGNATED

Add Thereto:8 Avenue yields to Nebraska Street.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
