The window was repaired last Tuesday as we were informed by the tenant, late' Friday (213), that someone had thrown an object at the window and broken it. 2. As to the front porch, if my reading of Comm 21.04 is correct, per 21.O4(3)(a)2 since the porch does not have more then three risers and is less then 24" above grade, handrails and guardrails are not required.
