Dear Mr. Prickett,
In reaards to the Correction Notice for 822 Cherry St:
1. The window was repaired last Tuesday as we were informed by the tenant, late'
Friday (213), that someone had thrown an object at the window and broken it.
2. As to the front porch, if my reading of Comm 21.04 is correct, per 21.O4(3)(a)2
since the porch does not have more then three risers and is less then 24" above
grade, handrails and guardrails are not required. I understand that the porch may

1. VVe have repaired the screen in the door that was ripped out by the tenant.
2. VVe will be adding aluminum soffit, facia, and repair the gutters based on weather
and contractor availability. VVe will need an extension beyond March 5, quite
possibly to June 1.
In reaards to the Correction Notice for 1014 Cherry St.:
1. VVe will be painting or siding this property this spring/early summer when the
weather is more appropriate. VVe will need an extension from 4/1 to 7/1.
Please let me know if you have any concems with these date extensions.
