My name is Andrew Prickett; I am the City of Oshkosh's new Property Maintenance Inspector.
I am currently updating the existing property maintenance files and I came across your
property located at 1711 Ontario St. in Oshkosh. You received a Correction Notice for the
property dated 8/25/04. The compliance date for the violations was 9/1/04. Are-inspection
was conducted on 3/22/06 to update your file, I have enclosed a copy of the original Correction
Notice, which has been updated to show compliance for two items. The only item remaining
is #3, which is in regards to the garage door, which needs to be scraped and painted or
replaced. Please call me at (920) 236-5137 so we can arrange an agreeable schedule for
completion. I need a response from you by 3/31/06.
