No owner or agent shall allow on any residential premises any condition, which creates a public nuisance and eyesore, which
fleets property values in the area. All motor vehicles parked on a residential lot shall display current license plates. The VW
~I ehicle parked to the rear of the building needs to be properly licensed and operable to remain parked on the lot. The tarp
needs to be removed as it is an eyesore. Replace with an appropriate vehicle cover if desired. Or remove vehicle.
