f",n inspecllon of your property during inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.

Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
nd retum the signed confirmation. It is recommended that you begin a self-inspecllon program of all of your properties to
ssure they all meet the requirements of the Oshkosh Minimum Housing Code. Future violations will be cited along with
Nritten orders.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/13/06
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
