There are some unresolved property maintenance issues which need to be addressed. Correction orders were issued 4/12/05 to the previous owners. Along with your Rooming House Renewal Notice I have included a copy of the existing Correction Notice and the piclures that were taken. If the repairs have not been made, then they need to be compieted before your annual inspection, which needs to be conducted 30 to 60 days prior to the expiration date of your Rooming House License (03/31/06).
