I am writing this in regards to your property located at 860 Cheny St. in Oshkosh. There are some unresolved
property maintenance issues which need to be addressed. Correction orders were issued 4/12/05 to the previous
owners. Along with your Rooming House Renewal Notice I have included a copy of the existing Correction Notice
and the piclures that were taken. If the repairs have not been made, then they need to be compieted before your
annual inspection, which needs to be conducted 30 to 60 days prior to the expiration date of your Rooming House

and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/19/05
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspectl1d.
