In order to renew the license, please fill out the application fonm enclosed with this letter and retum it to this office within 15 days. The fee for renewal is $135.00 per year. Make your check or money order payable to the City of Oshkosh. A reinspection must be conducted 30 to 60 days prior to expiration of Rooming House License. If code violations are found during this inspection, owner must make corrections and have reinspection conducted to verify corrections within the 30 days preceding expiration of Rooming House License. The Oshkosh Municipal Code 16-40 (C), states that no person may operate a rooming house unless helshe holds a current license or a temporary use permit issued by the Housing Inspector in his/her name for the specific rooming house. Penalties for operating a rooming house without a current license are listed in Section 16-46.
