PURPOSE:
GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS:
(A) 900 NORTH KOELLER STREET
(B) JACKSON DRIVE AT LOGAN DRIVE
(A) SEARS HOLDINGS CORP., PETITIONER
(B) RAR INVESTMENTS LLC, PETITIONER
INITIATED BY:
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All found to be consistent w/standards set forth in
Section 30-11 (0) & approved w/conditions as noted
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that
conditional use permits are hereby granted for the following properties under Section
30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and that said permits are granted with
conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property.
(A) 900 N. Koeller Street, Sears Holdings Corp, petitioner
A conditional use permit to operate an automobile service center, per the attached
"Exhibit A", with the condition that the proposed tire dumpster be relocated inside the
building or to an area outside the floodway and be fully screened from view through the
use of a solid masonry or wood fence.
B) Jackson Drive at Logan Drive, RAR Investments LLC, petitioner
A conditional use permit to establish an automobile dealership on the west side of
Jackson Drive at Logan Drive, per the attached revised "Exhibit B", with the following
conditions:

The site plan be redrawn showing compliance with code standards for review
and approval by the Department of Community Development.
All parking lot lighting be full cut-off with elements and fixtures oriented at a 90
degree angle to prevent glare and spillover.
Submittal of a revised landscape plan with landscaping to be placed along all
property lines, parking lot perimeter and on internal islands for approval by the
Department of Community Development.
Stormwater plan be submitted to, and approved by, the Department of Public
Works.
No outside storage of junked automobiles and parts.
