n inspection of your property during inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.
Description
Code MUN 17-36B Compliance No Compliance Date 03/08/2006 IMMEDIATELY
No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage & debris. Porches/decks shall be
kept free of refuse, furniture not intended for exterior use and/or stored material. The entire perimeter of the house shall be
leaned up of junk/debris.

It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date. Future violations will result in immediate issuance 0
municipal citations in the amount of $216.75 per offense per day.
Summary
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/8/06 ONLY NOTICE
Office hours, for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
