Description Code MUN 17-36B Compliance No Compliance Date 03/08/2006 IMMEDIATELY No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage & debris. Porches/decks shall be kept free of refuse, furniture not intended for exterior use and/or stored material. The entire perimeter of the house shall be leaned up of junk/debris. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date. Future violations will result in immediate issuance 0 municipal citations in the amount of $216.75 per offense per day.
