This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage & debris. See photos. 3/13/06 Last Updated Item # 2 Code 16-34A(3)(a) Compliance No Compliance Date 04/12/2006 Description Every outlet and fixture shall be properly installed and shall be maintained in a good and safe working condition and shall be þonnected to the source of the electric power in a safe manner. The outlet on the exterior of the entry needs to be repaired. It 3/13/06 þhouid be replaced with a GFCI outlet. The fixture in the basement shall be properly fastened to its electrical box.
