1. Access control variance, as referenced on the plan is unnecessary,
2. Any new, replaced or relocated mechanical equipment proposed with this project must be screened
from view of any residential property or public right-of-way. [Section 30-35 (1)(5)]
'3. Bench and sigu proposed to be relocated are in City R-O-W. TIris requires Board of Public Works
Approval.
4. Northwest corner of the site should be labeled on plan as a 25' transitional yard [Section 30-35
(B)(l)(c)]. .
