Item # Code NOTE Compliance No Compliance Date 03/30/2006 Description Due to the fact that construction proceeded without permits and inspections some of the drywall will be required to be removed 0 that the foundation violations written up in 2001 and the firestopping can be inspected. Please note that I will also have to 2/28/06 iew some of the deck footings to determine compliance in regards to frost protection. Last Updated he two bedrooms located in the basement are to be vacated due to life/safety violations. The required permits are to be applied for and obtained within the next 30 days.
