That Article XV, Floodplain Provisions of Chapter 30 Zoning Ordinance of the Oshkosh Municipal Code is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows: (on file at the City Clerk's Office) SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in effect upon its passage and publication and upon final approval by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
