Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 2/18/2006

Dear Victor:
I received the enclosed Correction Notice in the mail ITom the City of Oshkosh. In
regard to this, I need you to take care of the situation or any payment we would have to
make, we would have to collect ITom you.
You have until 2-18-06 to remove the refuse, garbage and debris that is in the open to the
eye of the public.
Also please note the issue by the City Inspectors on the building permits and the deck.
Please contact the city to get this corrected or OK'd or get a variance. I understand that
you just replaced a bad porch or improved it and it would seem that should not be a
violation as the previous porch was dilapidated and extended further than the
improvement.
I am sending you a copy of the "Correction Notice" we received ITom the City of
Oshkosh.

I know you have made some ety ~ice improvements to the house and I hope the City
Inspectors are appreciative of that and take that into consideration in dealing with this.
I would like to get together with you to get the house sold to you as soon as possible. I
