do not show an active use on the property and identifies previous uses as professional office. Section

It has come to the City's attention that a retail establishment has been established witþout a Certificate
of Occupancy and that signage has been erected without the issuance of building permits. Therefore,
the property is deemed to be vacant and any unofficial use of the site shall be termin*ed immediately
until a Certificate of Occupancy is acquired per Sect. 30-5 (C) above. Additionally, aO;Jìew or altered
signage erected on the structure and/or site is in violation of the Municipal Code until þe'rmits for their
erection are received.
Please contact me by telephone at 920-236-5062 or bye-mail atdbuck@.ci.oshkosh.wi:Us to discuss or set
up a time to meet with City Officials to discuss the use situation and code violations at your property at 2334
Jackson Street. Failure to contactthis office within 10 days (by March 2, 2006) to address the issues
above will result in the issuance of Municipal Citations. '
