Estimate includes labor and named material for basement remodel.
Wall construction will include: ftaming to match plan including walls for basement, closets, bathroom, sump enclosure, around
existing furnace and water heater.
1. 2x4 construction w/ AC2 bottom plates.
2. Install vapor banier between inside foundation wall and stud wall on perimeter walls.
3. Insulated w/ rll faced on perimeter walls.
4. Finished with drywall/splatter texture finish. Customer to determine if texture to be left as is or knocked down.
5. Primed and painted.
Drop Ceiling:
1. Color of metal supports to be determined by customer.
2. 2'x4' flush sitting tiles with 15/16" grid. $2.20/tile allowance.
3. Heat lines and beam to boxed in with drywall to provide maximum head clearance and allow access for airflow
adjustments.
Finish Carpentry:
1. 7 six panel pine doors provided and installed per plan. Stain and finish to customer specs.
2. Provide and install oak baseboards and casings. Stain and finish to customer specs.
3. Provide and install (2) 24" oak flat panel cabinets for an approx. 8" long study desk, (2) 24" upper cabinets.
counter top allowance is included. Upgrades to be made by customer.
4. Open stairwell on both sides of the bottom steps and install oak banister/railing/post to customer specs.
5. Install shower, toilet, customer provided vanity and mirror.
A $100
Flooring:
Install customer provide ceramic tile in bathroom. Customer to provide and install carpet.
Egress Window:
The estimate include (2) 4'x4' sliding egress windows, concrete cutter, excavation, and dirt removal. Landscape in and out of
well extra. Will make well to customer specs. While hole. is open, gun safe will be moved ftom the garage to the basement.
