THE FRONT CONCRETE STEPS ARE NOT SET INTO PLACE PROPERLY AND SHALL BE
RESET TO MEET THE REQUIRED RISE UNIFORMITY AND LEVELED.
THE FRONT PORCH DECKING IS DETERIORATED AND SHALL BE REPLACED.
HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE IS BEING STORED ON THE FRONT PORCH. GARBAGE IS TO
BE STORED AT THE REAR OF THE DWELLING.
THE SOFA AND GARBAGE ON AND UNDER THE SOUTH PORCH SHALL BE ROOVED.
CODE COMPLIANT HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS ARE REQUIRED ON THE SOUTH PORCH
AND STEPS. THE BROKEN SOUTH CONCRETE STEPS SHALL BE REPAIRED OR RE-
PUKED .
THE GARAGE IS IN SUCH A DELAPlDATED CONDITION THAT IT SHALL BE RAZED
AND ROOVED FROM THE PREMISES.
THE ROOFING) ESPECIALLY ON THE REAR PORTION OF THE DtlELLING IS BADLY
DETERIORATED AND SHALL BE REPLACED.
IT APPEARS THAT MOST OR ALL OF THE PRIMARY WINDOWS IN THE DWELLING ARE
IN POOR CONDITION AND THEY SHALL BE REPLACED OR PUT INTO GOOD WEATHER-
TIGHT CONDITION BY REGLAZING AND WEATHERSTRIPPING.
THE WEST CHIMNEY IS IN VERY POOR CONDITION AND SHALL BE REPLACED IF IN
USE OR TOTALLY REMOVED AS IT CREATES A FALLING BRICK HAZARD.
