SAFE AND CLEAN DWELLING UNITS AND PREMISES. NO OWNER
SHALL RENT TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR OCCUPANCY OR ALLOW ANY
PERSON TO OCCUPY ANY DWELLING UNIT UNLESS IT IS SAFE AND
CLEAN, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE MINIMUM
HOUSING CODE AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.
ALL RA I NWA TER SHALL BE SO DRA I NED FROM THE ROOF SO AS NOT TO CAUSE DAMP-
NESS INSIDE THE DWELLING UNIT AND SO AS NOT TO ALLOW STANDING WATER~ WA-
TER DAMAGE OR OTHER DETRI~~NTAL CONDITIONS IN THE D\~ELLING. THERE IS
STANDING "'!ATER IN THE BASEMENT AND WATER POURING THROUGH THE WALLS, THE
NORTH WALL HAS HEAVED IN\'!ARD OPENING A LARGE CRACK. GUTTERS AND DOWN-
SPOUTS SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE DWELLING TO DIVERT "'lATER A\^lAY FROM THE
FOUNDATION AND THE BASEMENT WALL SHALL BE STRAIGHTENED AND REPAIRED TO A
SOUND \^lATER RESISTANT CONDITION. PERMIT REQUIRED.
A NEW ROOF HAS BEEN INSTALLED \'HTHOUT A BUILDING PERMIT BEING OBTAINED.
THE ROOF STRUCTURE I S ALSO BADLY SAGGED. THE ROOF SAGG I NG SHALL BE RE-
PAIRED PER INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. NO fYORE THAN TI'JO
ROOFS CAN BE INSTALLED ON THE D\~ELLING AT ONE TIME. AN INSPECTION WILL
BE REQUIRED TO DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF.ROOFS PRESENTLY INSTALLED.
THERE ARE A NUMBER OF CRACKED FIRST FLOOR JOISTS AND THE DWELLING IS
SAGGING IN THE CENTRAL PORTION, THE FLOOR JOISTS SHALL BE REPAIRED/RE-
PLACED AFTER THE CENTRAL PORTION HAS BEEN JACKED UP AND PROPERLY SUPPORT-
ED \^JITH ADDITIONAL SUPPORT COLU~1NS. PEP1-1IT REQUIRED.
THE EXTERIOR OF THE D""ELLING IS IN A DETERIORATED AND UNMAINTAINED CON-
DITION WITH BROKEN OR MISSING SIDING~ DTERIORATED SOFFIT AND FASCIA AND
CHIPPED AND PEELING PAINT. THE EXTERIOR OF THE DWELLING SHAI,L BE REPAIRE
BY THE PROPER REPAIR OR INSTALLATION OF NEW SIDING~ PROPER REPAIR OF THE
SOFFIT AND FASCIA AND PAINTING ALL EXTERIOR WOO K AND TR ER FIRSl
SCRAPING THE SURFACES.

THE FRONT AND REAR LIVING UNIT ENTRY DOORS ARE IN POOR CONDITION AND
SHALL BE REPLACED WITH SOLID CORE DOORS AND DEADBOLT LOCKING DEVICES A
DEFINED IN SECTION 16-22.
THE 60 AMP ELECTRICAL SERVICE HAS: BRANCH CIRCUITS \AIHICH ARE HAZARDOUSL
OVERFUSED AND THE SERVICE ENXTRANCE CABLE IS BEGINNING TO DETERIORATE.
A NEW 100 AMP SERVICE SHALL BE INSTALLED AND ALL WIRING BROUGHT UP TO
CODE. PERMIT AND CONTRACTOR REQUIRED.
THE DAMAGED WALL PLASTER IN THE KITCHEN~ BASEMENT STAIRWELL~ ABOVE THE
DINING ROOM CEILING~ IN THE LIVING ROOM-AND IN THE SECOND FLOOR ROOMS
SHALL BE ROOVED AND PROPERLY REPLACED AND PAINTED.
THE BATHROOM WALLS AND CEILING SHALL BE SCRAPED~ PRIMED AND PAINTED.
THE DAMAGED DINING ROOM CEILING TILES SHALL BE REPLACED. (WATER DAMAGE.
THE BATHROOM FLOOR AND FLOOR COVERING SHALL BE REPLACED AS IT IS BADLY
DETER I ORATED.
SCREENS SHALL BE INSTALLED EQUAL TO 4% OF THE FLOOR AREA OF THE ROOMS
THEY SERVE. SCREENS TO BE IN GOOD SERVICEBLE CONDITION. ALL WINDOWS.
THE SECOND FLOOR EAST BEDROOM DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIRED CEILING HEIGH"
OF 50% BE I NG AT LEAST SEVEN (7') FEET. THE CE I LI NG HE I GHT I S NOW ONLY
SIX FOOT (6'9") NINE AT ITS HIGHEST POINT.
