FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
A HANDRAIL SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE OPEN SIDE OF THE STAIRS AT THE
REAR ENTRY LEADING TO THE SECOND FLOOR UNIT U/O. HANDRAIL SHALL IN-
CLUDE INTERMEDIATE RAILINGS. THE GUARDRAIL AT THE TOP OF THIS STAIRS
SHALL BE INSTALLED TO CODE TO INCLUDE INTERMEDIATE RAILINGS.
A NUMBER OF THE TREADS ON THE REAR STEPS TO THE SECOND FLOOR ARE IN
POOR CONDITION, BROKEN OR SPLIT AND SHALL BE REPLACED.
THE BROKEN DRYWALL AROUND THE REAR LIGHT SWITCH SHALL BE REPAIRED.
THE KITCHEN FLOOR COVERING AND FLOOR IN UNIT ( ARE IN POOR CONDITION
AND SHALL BE REPLACED.
MECHANICAL VENTILATION IS REQUIRED IN THE BATHROOM IF UNIT (.
THE RAILING ON THE FRONT INTERIOR STEPS TO UNIT ( SHALL BE REINSTALLED.
THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE ENTRANCE CABLES ARE IN VERY POOR CONDITION AND
SHALL BE REPLACED PER INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR.
DEADBOLT LOCKING DEVICES SHALL BE INSTALLED ON ALL LIVING UNIT DOORS
WHERE REQUIRED BY CODE. COrffiN DOORS SHALL NOT BE SO EQUIPPED.
THE NEWLY INSTALLED STORM/SCREEN COMBINATIONS SHALL BE PROPERLY SEALED
AT THE BOTTOMS.
