FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
THE YARD IS STREWN WITH JUNK AND DEBRIS INCLUDING AUTO PARTS} TWO UNLI-
CENSED VEHICLES} TIRES AND OTHER RELATED MATERIAL. THE REAR YARD BE-
HIND THE GARAGE IS ALSO STREWN WITH JUNK} DEBRIS AND GARBAGE. THE
VEHICLES ITC. SHALL BE ROOVED FROH THE PREHISES AND THE REAR PORTION
OF THE YARD CLEARED OF BRUSH AND GARBAGE.
CODE COWLIANT HANDRAILS ARE REQUIRED ON THE SOUTH ENTRY STEPS TO THE
LOWER LIVING UNIT. THE STEPS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN REPLACED RECENTLY
WITHOUT A BUILDING PERHIT.
AT LEAST ONE HALF OF THE TREE IN THE FRONT YARD IS DEAD AND THE DEAD
PORTIONS SHALL BE ROOVED TO KEEP THEH FROM FALLING ONTO THE DWELLING
OR TENANTS.
THE FRONT PICTURE WINDOW HAS BEEN IMPROPERLY REPAIRED AND SHALL BE
CORRECTLY REPLACED TO STOP COLD AIR INFILTRATION. THE CURRENT PIECE OF
PLEXI GLASS IN THE WINDOW IS NOT RIGID ENOUGH TO REMAIN SECURED IN THE
WINDOW FRAME. .
THE EXTERIOR \'POD TRIM ON THE DWELLING IS IN A DITERIORATED CONDITION
WITH CHIPPED AND PEELING PAINT. THE EXTERIOR WOOD TRIM SHALL BE SCRAP-
ED} PRIMED AND PAINTED.
THE CHIMNEY ON THE DWELLING IS IN POOR CONDITION AND SHALL BE REPAIRED
IF IN USE OR ROOVED IF NOT IN USE.

FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
AT THE TIME OF THE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, THE LOWER TENANT
WHO WAS IN THE PROCESS OF tIOVING OUT, ASKED ME TO INSPECT HER LIVING
UNIT. I DID NOT MAKE A FORHAL INSPECTION AT THAT TIME. HOWEVER, HER
COMPLAINTS APPEAR TO WARRANT AN INSPECTION AND I AM REQUESTING THAT
YOU AND I INSPECT THE UNIT TOGETHER TO ASSURE THE DWELLING UNIT IS
SAFE AND HABITABLE AS REQUIRED BY THE MINIMUM HOUSING CODE. PLEASE
CONTACT THIS OFFICE BEFORE APRIL l5, 1994 TO MAKE AN APPOINMENT FOR
SUCH AN INSPECTION.
VIOLATION #1 SHALL BE CORRECTED BEFORE APRIL 12, 1994.
VIOLATION #2, ff3, #4 SHALL BE CORRECTED BEFORE tfoAY 27, 1994.
