FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
11'10 VEHICLES ARE BEING PARKED IN THE FRONT DESIGNATED SETBACK IN VIOLA-
TION OF OSHKOSH ZONING ORDINANCES. SEE ABOVE. THESE VEHICLES SHALL BE
REMOVED FROM THIS AREA AND NOT CONTINUE TO PARK THERE. SINCE THIS HAS
BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM IN THE PAST) BARRIERS SHALL BE INSTALLED TO
STOP THIS ILLEGAL PARKING. THE PAVERS ON THE FRONT LAWN DO NOT CONSTI-
TUTE LEGAL PARKI NG . THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY AND THE OWNERS OF THE
VEHICLES WILL BE CITED IF THE VIOLATIONS CONTINUE TO OCCUR AND NO BAR-
RIERS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.
THE EXTERIOR SIDING) WOODWORK" ETC. SHOWS SIGNS OF DETERIORATION AND
LACK OF MAINTENANCE WITH CHIPPED AND PEELING PAINT. THE EXTERIOR OF
THE DWELLING SHALL BE SCRAPED) PRIMED AND PAINTED OR SIDING INSTALLED
TO BRING THE BUILDING INTO COMPLIANCE.
HANDRAILS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL OPEN SIDES OF STEPS. THREE SETS OF STEPS
WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITONAL HANDRAIL. .
THE GUARDRAILS ON THE FRONT PORCH ARE NOT CODE COMPLIANT AND SHALL BE
REBUILT TO CODE. 36 INCHES HIGH.
THE LARGE TREE IN THE FRONT YARD IS PARTIALLY DEAD WITH A LARGE SPLIT
DOWN THE MIDDLE WHICH MAY ALLOW THE TREE TO FALL. THE DEAD OR DAMAGED
PORTIONS OF THE TREE SHALL BE REMOVED.
VIOLATION #1 SHALL BE CORRECTED BEFORE MAY It 1994.
