THE RUNOFF TUBE I S TOO SHORT AND THREADED ON THE END,
THE VENTING ON THE WATERHEATER IS NOT PITCHED PROPERLY,
THE DOOR FROM THE REAR BEDROOM TO THE BASEMENT STAIRWELL SHALL BE
REPLACED WITH A SOLID CORE DOOR AND DEADBOLT, ALL LIVING UNIT DOORS
