FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
THE LOOSE HANDRAIL ON THE FRONT ENTRY STEPS SHALL BE MADE SECURE.
CODE COMPLIANT HANDRAILS SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE REAR ENTRY STEPS.
THE DOUBLE KEYED DEADBOLTS SHALL BE REPLACED WITH DEADBOLTS WITH A
THUMBTURN ON ONE SIDE AND KEY ON THE OTHER. SAFETY HAZARD IN CASE OF
FIRE.
HEAT SOURCES SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE SECOND FLOOR BATHROOM AND BEDROOM
TO MAINTAIN TEMPERATURES OF AT LEAST 57".
A WALL TYPE ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLE SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THE BATHROOM.
THE NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE REQUIRES IT BE A GFI TYPE RECEPTA<l.E.
THE BRANCtj CIRCUITS OF THE 30 AMP ELECTRICAL SERVICE ARE OVERFUSED \-IITH
A La AND 50 AMP FUSE WHICH CREATES A FIRE HAZARD.
ELECTRICAL SERVICE PANELS SHALL BE READILY ACCESSIBLE TO ALL OCCUPANTS
IN A IJ.'iELLING WITHOUT PASSING THROUGH ANOTHER MLLING UNIT. 620 CEAPE
HAS NO IMv1EDIATE ACCESS TO ELECTRICAL SERVICE PANEL WHICH IS LOCATED
IN THE KITCHEN OF 5201\ CEAPE.
EXTERIOR LIGHTING SHALL BE INSTALLED TO ILLUMINATE THE REAR ENTRY STEPS.
THE FRONT DOOR JAMB IS BADLY SPLIT AFFECTING THE SECURITY OF THE LIVING
UNIT. THE JAMB SHALL BE REPLACED IN ORDER FOR THE DEADBOLT TO LOCK
PROPERLY. .

FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
THE DAMAGED REAR PRIMARY ENTRY DOOR SHALL BE REPLACED FOR SECURITY.
THE VENTING ON THE SPACE HEATER APPEARS TO HAVE A DOWNHILL SLOPE WHICH
MAY EFFECT THE DRAFT TO ROOVE COMBUSTION PRODUCTS. THE VENT SHALL BE
INSTALLED WITH AN UPHILL SLOPE FOR PROPER OPERATION.
THE SUPPLY LINE FOR THE GAS STOVE APPEARS TO BE LEAKING UNDER THE
COUNTER TO THE RIGHT OF THE STOVE AS WHEN THE CABINETS ARE OPENED AN
ODOR OF GAS .IS PRESENT.
THE TUB FAUCET IS A BELOW THE RIM TYPE WHICH CREATES A CROSS CONNECTION
OF POTABLE WATER AND SEWAGE. THE TUB FAOCET SHALL BE REPLACED BY A
LICENSED PLUMBER. PERMIT REQUIRED.
