GARAGE INCLUDED. THE EXTERIOR SIDING, SOFFIT, FASCIA AND I'IOOD TRIM, INCLUDING WINDO\'S SHALL BE PROPERLY SCRAPED, PRIMED AND PAINTED OR SIDING INSTALLED. THE /lISSING OR BROKEN BASEMENT WINDOWS IN THE BUILDING SHALL BE PROPER LY REPLACED. THE ROOFING ON THE BUILDING, ESPECIALLY ON THE SOUTH.^IEST SIDE IS DETER IORATED WITH BROKEN SHINGLES AND/OR MISSING PORTIONS OF SHINGLES. THE ROOFING SHALL BE PROPERLY REPLACED. THE UPHOLSTERED COUCH AND CHAIR AT THE REAR FENCELINE OF THE PROPERTY SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES AND PROPERLY DISCARDED. THE BRUSH AND DEBRIS BEHIND THE GARAGE SHALL ALSO BE REMOVED AND PROPERLY DIS- CARDED . GRAVEL HAS BEEN ILLEGALLY INSTALLED IN THE REAR YARD TO CREATE PARKING IN THE DESIGNATED S~CKS OF THE PROPERTY. BARRIERS SHALL BE INSTAL- LED TO KEEP VEHICLES / 1/2' FROM THE EAST PROPERTY LINE AND 25' FROM THE REAR PROPERTY LINE WHEN PARKING IN THIS AREA. THE CHIMNEY (SOUTH) APPEARS TO BE DETERIORATED WITH LOOSE BRICKS AND /IORTAR WHICH rJlAy CONTRIBUTE TO BLOCKING THE CHIMNEY. THE CHIMNEY SHAL BE REPAIRED TO A SAFE AND SOUND CONDITION. THE T\'IO KEY DEADBOLTS ARE DANGEROUS IF IN FACT THE KEY CANNOT BE FOUND IN CASE OF FIRE, ETC. DEADBOLT LOCKING DEVICES ARE DEFINED IN THE MINIMLI"\ HOU- SING CODE. THE S/IOKE DETECTOR AT THE TOP OF THE INTERIOR STAIRS TO THE SECOND FLOOR IS MISSING THE BATTERY. THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR S/IOKE DE- TECTORS AND BATTERIES IN THE COM>1ON AREAS, SOLELY. ALL S/IOKE DETECTORS IN THE BUILDING SHALL BE CHECKED FOR PROPER INSTALLATION AND OPERATION A HANDRAIL IS REQUIRED ON THE UPPER SET OF STEPS TO THE SECOND FLOOR UNIT AND ON THE STEPS FROM THE REAR DOOR TO THE FIRST FLOOR UNIT. A DEADBOLT LOCKING DEVICE AS DEFINED IN SECTION 16-22 OF THE MINIMUM HOUSING CODE SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE LOWER REAR ENTRY DOOR. THE REAR ENTRYWAY/STAIRWELL HAS SEVERELY DETERIORATED WALLS AND PAINT AND SHALL BE REPAIRED TO GOOD SOUND CONDITION. THE REAR COM'lON ENTRY DOOR IS DETERIORATED AND DELAMINATED AND SHALL BE REPLACED.
