F!NDINGS OF INSPECT!ON
DAMAGE IS OCCURING TO THE FOUNDATION OF THE BUILDING ESPECIALLY UNDER
THE DO\<JNSPOUT AREAS WHICH ARE MISSING OR RUSTED THROUGH. THE PAINT IN
THESE AREAS IS ALSO BEING AFFECTED, DOWNSPOUTS IN GOOD CONDITION SHALL
BE INSTALLED TO DIVERT WATER AWAY FROM THE FOUNDATION,
THERE ARE SEVERAL LEAKS IN THE ROOF ALLOWING RAINWATER TO ENTER THE
LIVING AREAS IN THE BUILDING AND CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CEILINGS AND
PORCH EAVES. STEPS SHALL BE TAKEN TO REPAIR THESE AREAS WHICH ARE
LEAKING, THE AREAS WHERE THE PAINT HAS BEEN REMOVED BY WATER SHALL BE
PROPERLY PRIMED AND PAINTED "-'HEN THE LEAKS ARE REPAIRED,
THE LOOSE HANDRAILS ON THE FRONT STEPS SHALL BE MADE SECURE, HANDRAILS
ARE REQUIRED ON THE TWO SETS OF STEPS (COt<'M)N AREA) AT THE REAR AND
ON THE OPEN SIDE OF THE BASEMENT STEPS,
THE OPEN SEWER CONDITION ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BASEMENT SHALL BE
CORRECTED,
THE VENTING ON THE WATERHEATERS SHALL BE CORRECTED BY PROPERLY SLOPING
THE THE VENTING ON THE EASI WATERHEATER AND INSTALLING AT LEAST A 4 1/2 II
VENT WHERE THE TWO THREE (5") VENTS ENTER THE CHIMNEY,
DEADBOLT LOCKING DEVICES ARE REQUIRED ON ALL EXTERIOR LIVING UNIT DOORS
A CAP SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE GASLINE IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE
BASEMENT,

IT SHALL BE INSTALLED BY A LICENSED PLUMBER, CONTACT THE PLUMBING IN-
SPECTION FOR rvDRE INFORMATION IF REQUIRED,
VIOLATIONS tf31 #41 #5 & tf7 SHOULD BE CORRECTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS
THEY CREATE HAZARDS FOR THE TENANTS,
PLEASE CONTACT THIS OFFICE IN WRITING AS TO THE TIME REQUIRED TO COR-
RECT THE REMAINING VIOLATIONS WITH POSSIBLE DATES OF COMPLIANCE.
