property located at 51 WEST 10TH AVENUE WITH BOB . This
inspection was in response to concerns registered by the
occupant(s). Enclosed is a Correction Notice listing the items
found not to be in compliance with the Oshkosh Minimum Housing
Code. Please note that this inspection was not all inclusive:
meaning this property may contain other conditions that may be in
violation of the Minimum Housing Code. Enclosed is a checklist
that you may use to inspect your property. If you would like

collapse, the Building Inspector shall post a placard on the prem-
ises containing the following words: "This Buildíng Cannot be Used
for Human Habitation, Occupancy, or Use." And it shall be the duty
of the Building Inspector to prohibit the use of the building for
human habitation, occupancy or use until the necessary repairs have
been made.
