FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
ALL OF THE GARBAGE) DEBRIS AND THE OLD COUCH SHALL BE ROOVED FROM THE
PREMISES.
A DEADBOLT LOCKING DEVICE IS REQUIRED ON THE FRONT DOOR.
A NEW SOLID CORE DOOR AND DEADBOLT LOCKING DEVICE IS REQUIRED ON THE
DOOR OPENING AT THE REAR OF THE APAR1MENT. PRESENT DOOR DAMAGED.
THE JUNK AND DEBRIS IN THE REAR ENTRYWAY SHALL BE ROOVED AND PROPERLY
DISPOSED OF.
THERE IS NO IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE PANEL IN THE
BASEMENT PER THE SECOND FLOOR TENANT. THE BASEt<1ENT DOOR IS LOCKED AND
FIRST FLOOR TENANT CANNOT ENTER.
EVERY DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AT LEAT 11<10 EXITS FROM THE
FIRST FLOOR. THE FIRST FLOOR TENANT HAS BEEN INTRUCTED BY THE SECOND
FLOOR TENANT THAT SHE CANNOT USE THE REAR COtffiN DOOR. THIS CREATES A
SAFETY HAZARD.
THERE ARE NO SMOKE DETECTORS IN THE FIRST FLOOR LIVING UNIT.
THE TUB FAUCET IS IN POOR CONDITION AND SHALL BE REPLACED.
THE UNGROUNDED ELECTRICAL OUTLETS IN THE BATHROOM AND OVER THE KITCHEN
SINK SHALL BE REPLACED WITH GFI ELECTRICAL OUTLETS. CONTRACTOR AND PER-
MIT REQUIRED.
