We will need the park and pavilion available for set-up on Saturday, June 9 as well. I would also like to pick up 20 trash cans for use at South Park on Sunday, and will return them Monday morning. U any changes have been made to the park (trees planted or removed, tables moved, etc.) please let me know so we are able to update the layout map used to place the artists' booths. As in the past, we will be using the South West corner of the park surrounding the lagoon and the main pavilion. We will need the ou.tside faucet turned on by the restrooms for a water source and the handle for it, eight large green wooden tables in the pavilion, 24 garbage receptacles and the empty large dumpster. We appreciate the co-operation the City Parks Department has afforded us in the past to make this a successful event for the community.
