sq ft (48.6 per side) with overall height of 20.1 ft. Site area allowed is 800 sq ft. as site is 1.43
acres(between%z and 2 acres).
• Wall sign is one aluminum pan sign with raised letters with sign area of 60 sq ft. Wall area is
approximately 216 sq ft of which 28%may be signage.
