Site currently has one ground signs with two signs attached per attached photo. New sign
would be added to this pole. The BP Sign is 98 sq ft, the gas price sign is 91 sq ft and the
proposed diesel sign is 17.3 sq ft for a total of 206.3 sq ft. Site sign area allowed is 400 sq ft
as site is under 1/2 acre.
