GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; APPROVE FINAL
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT /2200 WITZEL AVENUE

PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved with conditions
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that a
conditional use permit for a planned commercial development for construction of a
dental clinic and office building, surface parking, and associated amenities, per the
attached, is hereby approved with the following conditions:

Relocate trash enclosure to rear parking lot area outside of the required setback
area.
Final design of detention basin to be approved by the Department of Community
Development.
Create a pedestrian connection between the sidewalk and parking lot area to be
approved by the Department of Community Development.
A base standard modification is granted to reduce the amount of required parking
illustrated on the submitted site plan by eliminating or reducing the size of the
rear parking area.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
hereby approves of the Planned District Overlay and final development plan per the
attached.
