Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 1/27/06
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the

Mr. Pickett,
in reguards to the notice u sent abolft:a6' Bròafl 'sfii~~ The car u show in
the picture is not parked on the grass it is on gravel which is part of the house
parking at that house. The tenant was notified and she will move her grill as
u asked. It is cold this time of year and i had a hard time last year finding a
contractor to install new windows and a new door. My husband thinks he
can replace the siding where the roof flashing is from the new roof we had put
on last year. He is currently working and in school, however when the
weather warms up he will look at it and i can't give u an exact date but we will
do it asap. The tenant is going to make an appointment with the building
inspector about the garage at her conveinence. She works night shift at the
nursing home where i work, so it will have to be on a day off for her.
We will be in contact with u, mr and mrs bohlman.
