The tenant was notified and she will move her grill as u asked. It is cold this time of year and i had a hard time last year finding a contractor to install new windows and a new door. My husband thinks he can replace the siding where the roof flashing is from the new roof we had put on last year. He is currently working and in school, however when the weather warms up he will look at it and i can't give u an exact date but we will do it asap. The tenant is going to make an appointment with the building inspector about the garage at her conveinence. She works night shift at the nursing home where i work, so it will have to be on a day off for her.
